DON’T MAKE THE MISTAKE… do not take shipping lightly. We have a No-Worry/Hassle-Free Shipping Process that is second to none. BEWARE of claims of free shipping. Often that is to some other delivery point or terminal where you will have to arrange a pickup of merchandise heavier and more awkward than a giant freezer, or you will find it brought only to your curbside with no lift-gate services. ADDITIONALLY, the cost of free shipping is often built into the price of the item therefore never really creating any savings but definitely creating a lot more risk and work for you.
NOTE: All shipping costs listed on the aminis.com website and items listed as “Free Shipping” are within the Continental United States only unless otherwise disclosed.
All merchandise will ship via freight carrier, UPS, USPS or Fed-Ex. Dimensions, weight and other general characteristics of the product affect which method to ship. If you have a preferred shipping method, please contact us directly. Note that multiple products could be shipped by different methods and/or carriers from the same transaction and/or same shipping destination.

For the charges listed with respective merchandise on this site, the following services are provided:
Curbside Shipping with Liftgate:
- Merchandise will be delivered to your curb or driveway of your residence with a LIFT GATE. It will be unloaded by the delivery driver. Deliveries are made during standard hour delivery times, and other delivery times could be added with additional charges in some cases.
- Merchandise will be delivered to your ground floor. Ground floor is up to three stairs and only one threshold. This service also includes un-packaging and placement of merchandise, debris removal, four hour delivery time frame, 60 minutes of on-site time and two delivery men with a lift gate. Additional services can be provided at an additional cost. Deliveries are made during standard hour delivery times, and other delivery times could be added with additional charges in some cases. This service for listed prices by all merchandise on this side is up to 675 lbs, and there will be additional charges for merchandise with greater weight than 675 lbs.
From the date of purchase, most products will be delivered between 1 and 4 weeks and in some occasions 6 weeks. Note that there are other factors that can affect the length of time such as custom products, item payment, delays by freight carrier and related factors. We would be happy to provide more detailed shipping estimates so please feel free to call us.
Most merchandise set-up is available please call for pricing. Remember, we do provide lifetime technical support via telephone for all assembly and/or installation and set-up questions at No Charge.
Merchandise Delivery Inspection:
Although the Amini’s Triple Test is performed before all merchandise is shipped, we cannot be responsible to damage caused during shipment. Once you sign for a shipment, it is extremely difficult to hold a Shipping/ Freight Company responsible for damage caused during shipment. This can make it so that you may not be able to later file a claim with the Shipping/Freight Company. You must immediately and thoroughly inspect all merchandise prior to signing for receipt of any shipment. If there is significant damage, then it is recommended that you refuse the shipment and not sign acceptance of delivery. If there is slight/minimal damage, then you must notate those details on the bill of lading presented to you by the Shipping/Freight Company before you sign acceptance. If you are unsure about what steps to take, immediately contact us and follow directions in the CLAIM-SHIPPING/DAMAGE form.
If you see damage to the crate or carton but cannot tell if there is any damage to the contents, accept your shipment and sign the delivery receipt SUBJECT TO FURTHER INSPECTION COULD CONTAIN CONCEALED DAMAGE. Open the box(es) immediately to alert us of any concealed damage. We will process a claim with the carrier. You have two (2) days to alert us of any concealed damages.
Merchandise Ready to Play/Adjustments and Repair:
Due to the very nature of the shipping and transportation process and type of merchandise contained in this site, some slight adjustments and repair may need to be made once shipment in received. This can be caused by many factors such as the mere moving around of games in loading and unloading, vibrations, weather conditions, temperatures in trucks, etc. Please contact us directly for free technical support to guide you through this process. Your purchase with us is your agreement to make reasonable efforts to make adjustments/repair to your merchandise to get it ready to play.
Measurements for all items are available under technical specifications. Please make sure to measure all pathways and doorways before placing your order, and also ensure that an entire pathway from the truck delivery point to in your home is clear of all debris and anything hazardous.
Shipping insurance is no charge as each item shipped by “Amini’s” is covered for up to $7500. Any additional insurance can be purchased by you and must be purchased in writing and in advance of shipment.

Free Shipping method is “curbside” only, if an upgraded shipping method is preferred, your shipping will be discounted by an amount equal to that of “curbside” shipping charges. All other products are subject to standard “curbside” shipping and/or upgraded services available at checkout, shipping quotes are available by phone and discounted shipping is applicable to multiple items shipping to the same location.

WOODARD FURNITURE WARRANTY
What is Covered
We warrant to you, the original purchaser that with the exceptions stated below, the furniture you have selected is free from defects in material and workmanship. Straps, slings, and cushions are warranted based on quality of workmanship, not fading, discoloration, mildew resistance or stretching.
How Long Does Coverage Last
This limited STRUCTURAL warranty lasts for a period of fifteen (15) years for Aluminum & Wrought Iron and three (3) years for Woven from the date of delivery of the furniture to you (“Warranty Period”). Coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer the furniture. Products approved for use in commercial applications will be covered under the current Hospitality Warranty Period of five (5) years for Aluminum & Wrought Iron and three (3) years for Woven from the date of delivery.
This limited FINISH warranty lasts for a period of seven (7) years from the date of delivery of the furniture to you (“Warranty Period”). Coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer the furniture. Products approved for use in commercial applications will be covered under the current Hospitality Warranty Period of five (5) years from the date of delivery.
This limited CUSHION warranty lasts for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery of the furniture to you (“Warranty Period”). Coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer the furniture. Products approved for use in commercial applications will be covered under the current Hospitality Warranty Period of one (1) year from the date of delivery.
What Woodard Will Do
If within the Warranty Period, your furniture fails structurally or if the finish cracks, peels, or blisters-Woodard will, at our option, repair or replace the frame in the original color and style. If the strap breaks or pulls out of the frame within three (3) years from date of delivery, Woodard will send a replacement strap(s) directly to you upon receipt of the defective item(s). If the sling breaks or pulls out of the frame within one (1) year from date of delivery, Woodard will send a replacement sling(s) directly to you upon receipt of the defective item(s). In the event that a frame color, style or fabric has been discontinued, we reserve the right to substitute the defective frame, sling or cushion in a similar style or colo at our option. Please note, because wrought iron is made from steel, small amounts of rust seepage may appear when used outdoors, mainly in the joints and crevices. This seepage is normal and is not covered under warranty. Regular maintenance (e.g. cleaning the furniture, touching up nicks and scrapes) must be exercised.
To Obtain Service
Any claim under this warranty should be initiated within the Warranty Period by contacting one of the following: any authorized Woodard dealer; or Woodard Customer Service by email at [email protected] Freight charges will be paid by Woodard for two (2) years from purchase for warranty claims – proof of purchase is required. Customer will be responsible for freight charges after the first two (2) years of the Warranty Period. Woodard reserves the right to examine all merchandise claimed to be defective. Upon approval of the claim, Woodard will authorize either repair or replacement of the defective furniture, strap or sling. No returns shall be accepted without a return authorization from Woodard.
What is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover and is void if damage is a result of freight/shipping, a failure caused by unreasonable or abusive use, acts of God, improper care, freeze damage, mildew, normal wear, fading or stretching of fabrics and vinyl straps, glass breakage, glides, if the furniture is used for commercial purposes (except where noted) or if the customer fails to provide reasonable and necessary care as outlined in the product information brochures.
This warranty is valid only in the 50 United States and Canada. This warranty is in lieu of any implied or other expressed warranties, Implied warranties, including any warranty of merchantability imposed on the sale of this furniture under State law, are limited to a fifteen (15) year duration for the frame and seven (7) years on the finish, a three (3) year duration for the strap and one (1) year duration for the fabric. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
Woodard shall not be responsible for loss of use, time, inconvenience, packing, travel, personal injury, or other consequential or incidental damages resulting from any defect in the product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation exclusion may not apply to you. No person, firm or corporation is authorized to make any other warranty or assume any other obligation for the manufacturer in connection with the sale of these goods. Woodard reserves the right to make design, color, or fabric changes and/or discontinue any item(s) without notice.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
